Gene Henderson

Henderson Consulting & EAP Services, LLC is a minority, woman-owned company providing professional and confidential services to businesses and organizations in Colorado. It is owned and managed by Gené Henderson, a veteran mental health therapist specializing in the field of addictions. Gené holds a Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Rehabilitation Counseling and is a National Certified Addiction Counselor, State Certified Addiction Counselor III and a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP). She is well known in the community for her expertise in establishing and managing Drug Free Workplace programs. Gené has more than 28 years of experience in consulting and training managers and supervisors on workplace issues as well as providing individual, family and group therapy.

She has extensive knowledge and experience in back to work agreements, testing coordination, changes in federal rules and regulations concerning chemical dependency, professional training of employees and supervisors, consultation on record keeping and audits. There is a profound company belief in the benefits of collaborative relationships with the professional who are making an impact on the daily lives of citizens.
